I specialize in yoga for beginners, Trauma-Informed Yoga, ,breath-work, meditation, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Trap Yoga and other themed classes. I would love to work with you and tailor a unique yoga experience for you or your group.

I truly believe in the power of yoga to reveal and heal our mental and physical ailments and to foster deeper connection with ourselves and others.
I’m a 200 hour trauma-informed Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), and I would love to help support your yoga journey!
My only public group class at this time is at Dorothea Dix Park in Raleigh, NC on Monday’s at 6pm. This class is free and open to the public and you can register here.
I’m also currently taking on a limited number of 1:1 private clients. To explore this option and see if we would be a good fit, please sign up for a time for us to chat about your unique needs.
I’m available for private events such as yoga in the workplace, schools, birthday parties (adults and children), yoga for organizations and groups (sororities, fraternities, non-profits etc.), retreats, festivals, bachelorette parties, gatherings of friends and for travel.
