My name is Patrice, I’m a yoga teacher, business mentor, wellness advocate, empath, lover of reading, travel, yoga and adventure.
I’ve lived a lot of life in my (relatively) short time on this planet and my passion is to help folks navigate the rollercoaster adventure that is life.
Book me for private events such as yoga in the workplace, schools, birthday parties, yoga for organizations and groups (sororities, fraternities, non-profits etc.), retreats, festivals, bachelorette parties, gatherings of friends, and for travel.
